Be Aware. Repair.

Taam Maas

A public awareness campaign shedding a light on the artificially limited useful life of consumer electronics.

Manufacturers of consumer electronics make use of different measures to deliberately make your product fail or unrepairable. This practice is called planned obsolescence, and has taken on excessive forms. ‘Be Aware. Repair.’ shows how absurd these measures actually are. Subsequently, the campaign calls for action to fix your own products to become less of a blind consumer.

‘Be Aware. Repair.’ is one of the 5 works exhibited on top of the A2 tunnel during the graduation event ‘My Way or the Highway’Check the facebook event for current information.
